Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Return requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be credited within 1 day after we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of order placement.
Important Notes
Customers must share a proper unboxing/opening video in case of damaged or incorrect product received.
We will not be responsible if the email address or phone number provided by you during order placement is incorrect, inactive, temporarily suspended, or permanently suspended.
Any delay caused due to incorrect contact details will not be our responsibility.
